  • Full coverage of cargo area with no gaps
  • Weather-resistant material with proper tension
Rope & Hook Requirements:
  • Single-length rope (no joints or weak points)
  • Welded hooks (no loose or damaged hooks)
  • Coal trucks must have welded nut (>5mm) for strong sealing
  • Rope must be properly tensioned and secured
Loading Point Procedure:
  • Scan all QR seals using mobile app
  • verification system for complete coverage
  • Digital matching percentage calculated automatically
  • GPS coordinates and timestamp recorded for each seal
Unloading Point Procedure:
  • Compare with loading point scans
